SHIPPING POLICY
Every order on aavawater.com includes free shipping. We offer free delivery pan India — the cost of shipping is included in the price you pay.
All Aava Natural Mineral Water and Aava Sparkling Water orders placed on aavawater.com are dispatched factory fresh directly from Sheelpe Enterprises' single-source bottling facility in Gujarat, certified by BIS, FSSAI, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and HACCP. As the authorised online reseller for a certified natural mineral water brand with a single protected origin, we do not route orders through distributors or third-party stock points — every order placed on aavawater.com is fulfilled directly from the manufacturing facility to ensure uncompromised freshness and product integrity from facility to doorstep.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Standard delivery timelines range from 2–7 business days depending on your location.
BULK ORDERS AND EXPEDITED DELIVERY — AHMEDABAD, MUMBAI AND DELHI
Bulk orders, as defined by pack sizes designated bulk on our website, placed in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Delhi are fulfilled from our own warehouses in these cities and are typically delivered within 48 hours. All standard pack size orders regardless of city are dispatched directly from our bottling facility in Gujarat to ensure factory fresh delivery. For any expedited or urgent deliveries across India, please place your order and contact us immediately at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com or +91 9879885555 and our team will do their best to accommodate your requirement.
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control including weather, logistics disruptions, or public holidays. If your order is delayed please contact our team at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com or +91 9879885555 and we will do our best to assist you.
For orders placed through third-party quick commerce and e-commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart, delivery timelines and shipping terms are governed by those platforms. Please refer to the respective platform for delivery information.
FAILED DELIVERY POLICY
Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address provided at the time of ordering. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you using the phone number and email address on file. Our team will first attempt to reach you by phone. If we are unable to reach you by phone we will follow up by email.
If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful and we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts by phone and email, the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases no refund will be applicable. If you wish to have your order reshipped, reshipping charges will apply. To avoid failed deliveries please ensure the contact number and delivery address provided at the time of ordering are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will only be accepted if we receive a written request at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com within one hour of placing your order, or before your order has been dispatched from our facility, whichever is earlier.
Prepaid orders cancelled within this window are not eligible for a cash refund. A credit voucher equivalent to the order value will be issued, valid for use against future orders on aavawater.com. If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact us and we will assess your request on a case by case basis in accordance with applicable law.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be recalled or cancelled.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You have received a product different from what you ordered. You must notify us by email at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order details. To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- You have received a damaged product. You must notify us by email at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage.
Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or consumed products. As Aava Natural Mineral Water and Aava Sparkling Water are food and beverage products, returns based on personal preference or change of mind are not accepted — we encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizes, and packaging details carefully before placing your order. Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
As Aava Natural Mineral Water and Aava Sparkling Water are food and beverage products, we are unable to exchange, refund, or issue store credit for products ordered by mistake (e.g., ordering sparkling water instead of still water, or selecting the wrong size or pack). Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Incorrect product delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order details, and our team will rectify it. To be eligible, the product must be untouched: sealed, unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Damaged product delivered: If your order arrives damaged and your claim is approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the affected items, valid for use against future orders on aavawater.com. If a whole box is damaged, we will either issue store credit for its value or send a replacement box with your next order.
To initiate a claim please email us at customercare@aavawater.com or info@aavawater.com with your order details and photographic evidence where applicable. Once we review your claim, we will notify you by email of its status.
Refunds: A refund to your original payment method is available only for first-time orders cancelled within 24 hours of ordering and before dispatch, or where required by applicable law. If a refund is approved it will be processed within 15 days of approval and credited to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund within 15 days of approval please first check your bank account and contact your card issuer as processing times vary. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange, credit voucher, or refund.
No refund is applicable for orders that could not be delivered due to customer unavailability after 3 delivery attempts and reasonable contact attempts by phone and email.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ORDERS
Orders placed through Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, or any other third-party platform are subject to those platforms' own cancellation, return, and refund policies. Please raise any complaints or return requests directly with the respective platform. Green Wagon Food Products Pvt Ltd is not responsible for returns, refunds, or cancellations on orders placed through third-party platforms.
